For using the Nutri Scheme Platform, available at the URL: nutri-scheme.com (the “Site”), it is recommended to read and accept the terms and conditions below, which form a contract between CRUD DEVELOPMENT SRL (the Company) and any Visitor or User who accesses the Platform. Using the Platform implies full and unconditional acceptance of these terms. If you do not explicitly or implicitly accept these terms, you cannot use the Site.
The Company reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions at any time. Any modifications will be deemed accepted through the simple use of the Platform. Users will always have access to the terms and conditions of the Platform by visiting the “Terms and Conditions” page. It is your responsibility to comply with the latest version of the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy in force at any time.

Who are we? The application is operated by CRUD DEVELOPMENT SRL, a company established and registered in Romania, with the registered office at Drumul Opalului nr 1-43, Bloc Cocor, Sc A, Ap 6, Sector 1, Bucharest, registered at the Trade Registry under no. J40/4282/2023, unique registration code 47752093.

Definitions
For this document, we will use the following terms with the specified meanings:
- Client User – Any person accessing materials or functionalities available through any channel (website, social media, email) provided by Nutri-Scheme.ro
- We/Company – CRUD DEVELOPMENT SRL
- Service/Application – All the functions offered by the website and the Nutri-Scheme.ro platform
- Nutri-Scheme – The name of the platform and website, responsible for generating nutritional values for menus, including additives and allergens.
3. Use of nutri-scheme.com Service
Users are responsible for keeping their access data confidential. If activities on the website are performed using your access data, you are responsible for those actions. CRUD DEVELOPMENT SRL does not assume responsibility for actions taken through your access data.
Users are also responsible for adding ingredients, quantities, allergens, additives, and other recipe-related information to the application. CRUD DEVELOPMENT SRL only provides the data entry and nutritional declaration calculation service and assumes no responsibility for the accuracy of the data entered by users.
4. Creating a User Account
To fully use the platform, you will create a User Account by filling out an electronic registration form. You must complete all mandatory fields in the form. The Company may refuse registration if mandatory information is not provided.
By checking the “I have read and agree with the Terms and Conditions and create the subscription” box and completing the account creation, you explicitly agree to comply with the contract. The Company may retain log files with your IP address and other information to identify you and replicate your consent to the contract in case of disputes.
By using the Platform, the User assumes full responsibility for all activities conducted through their account and is responsible for ensuring the security of the account password and other access data.
5. Payment Terms and Conditions
Price, Payment, Refund Policy
Access to the features for calculating nutritional values is only available after payment for the annual subscription service.
The subscription is paid for in advance, with each subscription including a specific number of credits required to create a recipe.
There are three pricing plans:
- For 10 recipes – 10 credits
- For 100 recipes – 100 credits
- For 300 recipes – 300 credits
The price for each subscription is specified on the Website and in the Finalized Order made by the User and confirmed by the Company.
The displayed price is for one year for the subscription of 10 recipes, 100 recipes, or 300 recipes.
If you wish to purchase additional credits, this can be done through the application after creating your account and selecting one of the available options.
The credits allocated to a location are valid only for the duration of the subscription. If the subscription expires and credits remain unused, these credits can only be used after renewing the subscription. Credits do not disappear from the account, but they cannot be used until the subscription is renewed.
The service price is displayed in EUR, does not include VAT, and must be paid in advance of using the service.
The Company reserves the right to cancel any Order when the Subscription price has been incorrectly displayed on the Website, including due to technical errors.
For each recipe added, 1 (one) credit is consumed.
If the User adds a recipe and then deletes it, the credit remains consumed. If you want to remove a recipe and add another one, it is recommended to edit the old recipe with the new one.
Unused credits are non-refundable. The Client cannot request a refund for the value of unused credits.
The Company reserves the right to change Subscription prices. Price changes will only affect new Users registering and existing Users who purchase a package after the price change.
The Company will issue an invoice to the User for the ordered package based on the billing information provided by the User beforehand.
The payment for the application is valid for one calendar year from the moment the account is created.
The subscription can be renewed:
- If you paid by card, the subscription will be renewed automatically, and a new payment will be made for an additional calendar year upon the expiration date of the subscription.
- If you paid by bank transfer, you must make another payment via bank transfer to renew the subscription for another calendar year.
6. Payment Methods
Payment will be made online via bank card (Visa/Maestro/MasterCard) through Stripe, and you will need to fill out a form with your card information on the secure page of the payment processor.
Payments with credit/debit cards issued under the Visa and MasterCard logos (Visa/Visa Electron and MasterCard/Maestro) are processed through the “3-D Secure” system, developed by these organizations to provide online transactions with the same level of security as those made at an ATM or in physical stores.
Payment can also be made via bank transfer by following these steps:

We will issue a proforma invoice and send it to you by email.

We will create your account and issue the tax invoice.
Important to know: No commission is charged for payments made via bank card.
Bank card data is not stored in the Nutri-Scheme application and does not reach the company in any form. These details are managed solely by the payment processor, Stripe.
7. Refund Policy
If a user requests a refund, it must be made within 30 days based on a request sent no later than 14 days after account creation, applicable only for packages if less than 3 credits have been consumed.
8. Contract Duration
This contract is concluded for an indefinite period starting from the date the client account is created or the location is created in the application, and the obligations of the parties take effect from this date.
As soon as the payment for the chosen subscription type is made, the Client will have access to the services included in the subscription package from the moment the payment is confirmed by the Provider.
The order can be canceled within 14 days from the account creation date, provided that no more than 3 credits have been used in the client account/location. Any errors in the order placed by the client can be corrected within these 14 days by sending an email to [email protected], Monday to Friday, between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM (Romanian time).
If the Client does not notify the cancellation of the subscription at least 24 hours before its renewal or does not cancel the subscription from their account before it renews, the subscription will automatically renew for another calendar year without any further formalities.
Automatic renewal is performed solely based on the automatic payment using the card saved with the payment processor, Stripe.
The Client can notify the Provider of the cancellation of the subscription before its renewal at the email address [email protected] or cancel it directly from their account under Profile – Manage Subscription.
9. Termination of the Contract
This contract terminates in the following cases:
a. The parties mutually agree to terminate the contract;
b. Repeated failure or defective performance of contractual obligations by either party;
c. Non-payment of the subscription by the Client. If the Client fails to pay the renewal fee for the subscription, it will be suspended, and the Client will not be able to use the service features until the payment is confirmed by the Provider. The Client has the option to reactivate the subscription from their account by sending an email with proof of payment to [email protected].
d. The unilateral decision of either party, communicated in writing to the other party, with the termination notice being received at least 24 hours before the subscription renewal;
e. In the event of dissolution, liquidation, bankruptcy, or revocation of the operating license of one of the parties, in which case the parties are obliged to settle any outstanding debts to each other incurred before the cause of termination occurred.
10. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for non-performance of contractual obligations due to force majeure events. Force majeure refers to any external, unforeseen, and unavoidable event that occurs after the contract comes into effect and prevents partial or total fulfillment of obligations.
11. Right to Compensation
The User shall have the right to request compensation for damages arising from the total or partial non-performance of the Contract by the Company. However, the Company cannot be held liable for losses that neither the User nor the Company could reasonably foresee at the beginning of the User’s use of the Platform, nor for losses that do not result from fault or a breach of legal or contractual obligations by the Company.
The Company’s liability (as the provider of Paid Content) toward Users in terms of compensation is limited to the price paid for the purchase of the Paid Content to which the User’s claim refers. The Company assumes no responsibility toward the User for Paid Content or Free Content that they may consider offensive or inappropriate. None of the provisions of this clause affect the rights recognized by law for individuals as consumers.
CRUD DEVELOPMENT SRL makes every effort to ensure the highest possible accuracy of final data but limits liability for any issues arising from the use of the platform to a maximum of refunding the amount paid for the use of the product. This refund can only be requested once.
12. Declarations
By publishing information such as recipes or food items, along with graphic/contextual content, etc., you grant a free license to nutri-scheme.com and CRUD DEVELOPMENT SRL, including the right to use, distribute, and publish this information as offline or online content.
The Company cannot be held responsible for any claims made against the User by their clients or regulatory authorities due to the User sharing information with their clients.
The User retains full responsibility for collaborating with their clients through the Platform.
The User is solely responsible for the content they create on the platform.
CRUD DEVELOPMENT SRL is not a nutritionist or a laboratory specialized in calculating nutritional declarations.
The calculations are purely mathematical based on the conversion factors provided in Annex XIV – Conversion Factors of Regulation (EU) No 1169/2011 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011.
The calculator does not guarantee the accuracy of calculations if the food has undergone thermal processing (boiling, baking, frying, etc.).
Recipes entered into the Nutri-scheme application or sent to our team for input into the application remain confidential and are not shared with other users, competitors, etc. These recipes are displayed to clients within the legal requirements: ingredients, the weight of each ingredient, the number of servings, additives, allergens. These settings can be modified by each client from the Menu Configuration section. However, the Nutri-scheme team does not take responsibility for displaying recipes without meeting all legal requirements.
Nutri-scheme complies with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, repealing Directive 95/46/EC), commonly known as GDPR.
13. About Updates, Changes, and Limitation of Services
Our services are constantly evolving. As we launch new features, we need the flexibility to make changes, impose limits, and occasionally suspend or terminate certain Services. Additionally, it is possible that we may update our Services, which might not function correctly at times.
Services frequently change, and their form and functionality may be altered without prior notice to you.
We may provide updates (including automatic updates) for certain Services whenever we deem it appropriate. These may include upgrades, changes, bug fixes, and/or new features (collectively, “Updates”). Certain parts of our Services may not function correctly without these updates. You acknowledge and agree that the Services may not work properly if these updates are not implemented. Furthermore, you agree that the Terms (and any additional modifications to them) will apply to all Updates to the Services.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any or all of the Services at any time, including the availability of any product, feature, database, or Content. Additionally, we are under no obligation to provide Updates or to continue offering or enabling any specific feature or functionality of any Service. We may also impose limits on certain Services or restrict your access to parts or all of the Services without notice or liability.
14. Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by European Union and Romanian law, and European Union and Romanian courts will have jurisdiction over any claims arising from or relating to the use of our services.
15. Personal Data
What types of personal data do we collect about you?

- How you use the Platform
We use services like Google Analytics (https://www.google.com/analytics), Facebook Pixel (https://www.facebook.com/business/learn/facebook-ads-pixel), and Hotjar (https://www.hotjar.com/) to understand how you use the Site and to improve the User experience.
These services collect various information about the location and device from which you access the Site, as well as information about how you interact with the Site. We use this information anonymously to analyze how we can improve the functionality of the Site and provide you with better information online.
Why do we collect this information?
The purposes of data collection are:
- Account creation and/or maintenance: An email address is required to register in the Application.
Your refusal to provide this information will result in our inability to grant you access to the Platform. - Personal progress statistics.
17. What are your rights?
In accordance with the GDPR regulation, you can withdraw your consent for the storage, processing, and sharing of personal data at any time by sending a written, signed, and dated request to the email address: [email protected]
Data Deletion
To delete all personal data stored on Nutri-Scheme servers, you must send a request to the email address: [email protected].
