Frequently asked questions

If I purchase a plan, how much time do I have to use the credits?

Credits are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. One credit = one recipe.

Once this period has expired, you will still have access to the application, but only with viewing rights to the data, without the ability to modify, add, or use the digital menu.

If I need support with adding recipes, what should I do?

In the app, on the bottom left side, you will find a chat where you can write your questions and receive a response as quickly as possible.

Can I also make the payment by bank transfer?

Yes, please send your billing details and desired plan to our email address at [email protected].

We will issue a proforma invoice, and once you make the payment and send us the payment confirmation, we will create your account in the application.

What should I do if I need more credits?

You can purchase additional credits from the application: 10, 100, or 300.

If you need a different number of credits, you can contact us via email at [email protected], and you will receive a personalized offer.

What is the difference between the Advanced plan and the PRO plan?

The only difference between the two plans is the number of credits you receive to add recipes. With the Advanced plan, you get 100 credits per year, while with the Pro plan, you receive 300 credits per year.

What should I do if I can't find an ingredient in the database?

There is an option to add it to the application along with all the information from the label, and it will be visible only to you, not to other restaurants.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes, you can manage your subscription from your account, including canceling it.

Whenever you cancel your subscription, it will remain valid for the period already paid for.

Unfortunately, the amounts already paid will not be refunded.

Is NutriScheme also suitable for the nutrition labels of packaged products?

Yes, NutriScheme can calculate nutritional facts for packaged products as well, thanks to its extensive ingredient database. It can also export nutrition labels compliant with the standards of the European Union, the United Kingdom, and the United States of America.

Why is the annual payment (subscription) necessary?

The annual payment is necessary to keep the application running, including the generated QR code, so you can return next year to edit or add recipes and benefit from new features.

If after a year you no longer wish to pay, that is possible, but only the menu you have already exported to PDF during the subscription period will remain valid, while the application’s functionalities will be restricted until payment is made.
